THROWBACK FRIDAY EP.2 : The leprechauns made me do it!

This one is very dear to my heart because I remember how much I wanted to go to Ireland in 2007 and with a lot of effort I managed to go.

Everyone else went to Benidorm for their senior trip of highschool but some of my friends and I decided that Spain was overratted and rebeled against it.

We had a lovely time!

               

                                                           

Since it was a school trip we had teacher with us, they were crazier than us though. Amongst the things I had the things to visit are the Guinness beer factory, the Jameson's factory, a few museums, a few small castles, the Dublin's Hard Rock Café and what I loved the most, riding on a Hibrid car/boat from around the second world war, built only by women on the Vicking Splash Tour!

Este é um vídeo muito especial porque me lembro o quanto eu queria ir à Irlanda em 2007 e todo o esforço que fiz para o conseguir.

Toda a gente decidiu ir para Benidorm na viagem de finalistas mas alguns de nós fomos rebeldes e decidimos que a Irlanda era mais indicada.

Foi uma viagem incrível!

     

Como foi uma viagem com a escola, óbvio que os professores estavam presentes mas foram mais "malucos" que nós.
Entre todas as coisas que tive oportunidade de ver estavam a fábrica de cerveja da Guiness, a fábrica da Jameson, alguns museus e castelos, o Hard Rock de Dublin e o meu preferido, por termos andado num carro/barco hibrido da altura da Segunda Guerra Mundial construido por mulheres, a Vicking Splash Tour!

THROWBACK FRIDAY EP.1 : Gaivota

Here it is. The very first THROWBACK FRIDAY episode.
A very old video of my cousin and I singing "Gaivota" from Amália Rodrigues.
We have always loved putting our little shows together as kids and as we grew up we kept on singing together every now and again.

While I was cleaning my computer I found a lot of videos from the years 2007 all the way to 2012 that I have never edited. So, I thought it would be a fun idea to share them with you. Then I realized: Why not make a series and post one of those videos every week?!
That is how THROWBACK FRIDAY was born.

Enquanto andava a limpar o meu computador, encontrei um monte de vídeos que datam de 2007 até 2012 que nunca editei. Então, achei que partilhá-los com vocês seria uma ideia engraçada. Pensei: Porque não criar uma série onde todas as semanas partilho um vídeo?!

Foi assim que nasceu o THROWBACK FRIDAY.

REVIEW: Macadamia Oil Extract Hair Mask

Hi Dreamers!
Today's post is about my new hair mask.
I have been testing it for a while and the truth is that it works for my hair.
First it has an amazing smell, sweet and fruity and in lingers in my hair for at least two full days, which is definitely a plus and it has a soft creamy texture to it as well. Secondly, it leaves my hair soft and shiny without weighing it down. I have very tick, long and dry hair so I was really impressed how such a cheap product can leave it in such good shape.



This mask claims to be good for all hair types and it promises to REVITALISE and NOURISH dry hair, yet it does say that it is suitable for all hair types. If you have oily roots and dry ends I would advise you to only use it towards the ends because it can be a bit greasy when applied close to your scalp.
It is enriched with proteins and KERATINE and infused with MACADAMIA NUT OIL.
I have been leaving it in my hair for about 20 minutes once a week but does say that it is an intensive treatment mask and to leave it on for 7 to 10 minutes yet, that short amount of time does not work for my hair. You have to try it and see what works for you.
Contains 250 ml and it cost me £1 (1.20€) but if you click here you can purchase it on ebay even though it is a bit more expensive. This seller ships worlwide.

O post de hoje é sobre a minha nova máscara de cabelo.
Tenho vindo a testá-la de há um tempo para cá, e a verdade é que ela funciona no meu cabelo.
Primeiro, tem um cheiro incrível, doce e frutado que fica no cabelo pelo menos dois dias inteiros, o que é definitivamente espectacular e tem uma textura leve e super cremosa. Em segundo lugar, deixa o cabelo macio e brilhante sem o fazer pesado.
O meu cabelo é muito grosso, comprido e seco, então fiquei realmente impressionada com o facto de um produto tão barato funcionar tão bem.


Esta máscara afirma ser boa para todos os tipos de cabelo e promete REVITALIZAR e NUTRIR o cabelo seco. No entanto, diz que ele é adequada a todos os tipos de cabelo mas, para quem tem cabelo oleoso eu aconselho que a utilizem apenas para as extremidades, porque pode ser um pouco gorduroso quando aplicado perto do couro cabeludo.
É enriquecida com QUERATINA e ÓLEO DE NOZ DE MACÂDAMIA.
Bem, normalmente deixo-a actuar no meu cabelo durante 20 minutos, uma vez por semana. Na embalagem diz que é uma máscara de tratamento intensivo que deve fazer efeito entre 7 a 10 minutos só que para o meu cabeo é pouco tempo. Passa a ser uma questão de experimentarem e verem o que é melhor para vocês.
O frasco contém 250 ml e custou-me apenas £1 (1.20€) mas se clicarem aqui conseguem adquiri-la no ebay apesar de ser um pouco mais cara e o vendedor envia para qualquer parte do mundo.
